Our bodies have a unique way of telling us when something is wrong. For some people, physical pain is a debilitating part of everyday life. What if these people discovered a simple and effective way to free themselves of that pain, and enter into a new world of positive health?

Join Ronsley Vaz as he talks with some of the most forward-thinking entrepreneurs around the world, and picks their brain about doing what they love, navigating the challenges and anxieties of a self-made business and how to think outside the box.

If you’ve ever wanted to start your own business — or maybe you already have one, and you love listening to like-minded professionals — this podcast is for you.

On today’s episode of Bond Appetit I talk to the Director of the Bostock Institute and founder of the Bostock Channel – Jim Bostock. Jim is a miracle worker when it comes to pain relief. He’s treated countless patients – those who have been unable to free themselves from pain and body restriction. His patient list includes elite athletes and entertainers, singers, dancers and those just in desperate need of his healing touch.

He is most well-known for his Bostock Needle Technique, a method of targeting painful Nerve Locks’ using a dry needle that goes directly into the muscle. This method is so effective that he’s considered a pioneer in the world of physiotherapy & exercise physiology. His work also branches out into treating vocalists, using The Bostock Vocal Technique to help eliminate and release all tension in the vocal cords. This particular practice has labelled him the ‘vocal mechanic’.

Jim is currently putting pen to paper and writing a book on the Bostock Needle Technique, while also taking his experience on the road, speaking at multiple conferences, regularly lecturing at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music and running his own YouTube show, The Bostock Channel.

In today’s episode, Jim began our conversation by treating us to a sultry tune, showing off his amazing singing skills. Our chat swiftly moves onto the case studies illustrating exactly why his patients call him a “miracle worker,” and how he sees his own healing abilities. We also take a deeper look at the nature of his practices and why they are so effective for long-term pain sufferers.

This incredible episode also covers:
