Susan Hart is the co-creator of the iPhone app The Moon and You which has recently been nominated for the Business Excellence Award for Innovation. The app provides the user with daily food suggestions along with other tools like an emotional tracker to help women and men to understand what happens to a woman during their cycles.
The app is designed to be a phycological and emotional reminder of where they are at. Susan goes into detail about how men can help their women through the periods of oestrogen withdrawal.
