The lovely Anna Vocino is multitalented… she is an actor, a comedian, a podcast host, a voice over artist, a comfort food creator, an author, a lover, a wife and a mother.
She is the creator in chief of Gluten Free Anna, a website that she dedicates to recreating gluten free versions of her favourite comfort foods. She has been Celiac and Gluten Free since 2002.
Anna talks about the No Sugar No Grains way of life. She explains how Vinnie Tortorich, her co-host came up with NSNG in his book Fitness Confidential. We talk about how food brings people together. We talk about our food books and make a commitment to get them out by the 1st of November.
We talk about what made us put on a lot of weight for the both of us. Anna also goes into detail about how food, exercise and relaxation can fix a woman’s emotion. But all in all this was such an awesome funny conversation.

Anna has fond memories of her mother teaching her how to bake. Anna also has really good memories of going to people’s houses that cooked fresh food at home.

Do you have a clean eating diet plan?
Yes. I have increased my fat intake and removed my intake of processed foods.
