Sal is a strength and conditioning coach. He is an expert in health and fitness. Sal has been in the business of health for over 23 years. So I thought getting him on the show would provide a perspective on how food has changed and how people’s perspectives on food has changed from the view point of a fitness professional.

Sal is a USA Weightlifting Certified Coach, the President of the Athletic Development Coaching and the founder of the website Health & Fitness Advice. He has recommendations on his site from current issues in health and fitness to performance enhancing drugs, but most importantly on FOOD.

Sal tells us about how to make changes based on how you feel. He talks about what its like to live with a wife that is a great baker. Low energy, hard time sleeping and allergies resurfacing made him do some research into nutrition.
