Sean changed his eating habits to loose over 20 pounds and get off his cholesterol tablets in 60 days. The changes he has made has allowed him to deal with stress a lot better and has increased his energy levels as well. He tells us how its all possible and how to do it efficiently.

We talk about the 4 hour body and how we both have started implementing cheat days in our week to keep things interesting.

Sean’s fondest food memories

Sean’s fondest memory of food growing up is going to the Diary Queen and the drive thru movies with his parents. And, his favourite meal is his mother’s beef stew.
