It’s safe to say that doing the course was the single most important business decision I’ve ever made, and I’m grateful that in this podcast I get to acknowledge its impact on my life – and share Glen with you.

There were so many questions I wanted to ask Glen about entrepreneurship, and he wanted to talk about food! I am glad I got to ask about the nutrition and exercise habits of a man so committed to professional peak performance, and wasn’t surprised that his health and business philosophies overlap. I will never forget his simple yet powerful analogy for why we need to rethink how we spend our precious time off.

Glen shares his own health transformation with us, including how he went from trying to achieve health with pills to just being healthy.
