111. Maximizing Investment Benefits, Living to Eat, Bullet-Proof Coffee, and Sustaining Your Focus John Carney

111 PinterestJohn Carney’s story began in the 1930s with his Grandfather his grandfather’s brother skipping high school to put in roads and basements with horse drawn equipment. This led to where John is today, being 3rd generation in his family to be in the Real Estate business. While John took a familiar route, it wasn’t exactly the same. After meeting his wife, John moved to her home country of Australia and embarked on a phenomenal business venture that we now know today at the America Property Source.

John Carney uses his real estate experience and knowledge to aid Australian investors with the American real estate market. John recognized three main problems that Australian investors were having with the American Real Estate market; Knowledge, Resources, and time. Australian investors felt that they were out of their depth, when trying to understand the real estate market in America. Secondly Australian Investors didn’t know anyone with a trust worthy reputation that could aid them in finding the advice and resources necessary to making this huge decision. Lastly, Australian investors didn’t have the time needed to solve these problems, and manage the investment and property. To solve these problems John Carney recruited an A-Team of American real estate professionals with jobs from property advisers and  property managers, to insurance and banking agents. John perfected the art of investing in the American real estate market, by giving investors help every step of the way.

Nutrition and Meal Plans

What foods to avoid

Everything in moderation, including avoidance. Don’t completely  cancel out anything. I would eat a number of gluten free meals and make note of the differences in my health.

What foods John craves

I still crave pulled pork, and Mexican food in abundance.

John Carney’s fondest food memories

Grandmothers chicken noodle soup to cure any ailments. Grandmother made her own pastries, and homemade roasts from scratch.

Exercise Routine

I exercise daily, first thing in the morning, before coffee even.

Who would you love to have dinner with and where?

Joe De Sena (started the spartan race series), conversation over Alaskan king crab and steak, in a restaurant in Colorado Russell’s.

Last meal on the planet?

I would have a long day with numerous last meals. For starters I would fly in background music with the Rolling Stones,  start out with Mexican style food Guacamole, Ceviche, numerous Beers and Fish tacos, then lead into Sushi, Shashimi, Miso soup, Sake, Shrimp cocktails, and finally wash it down with Shiraz.
