73. Volume: The Freedom of Decentralised Money: Bitcoin

What freedoms are you giving away without even knowing it? And what does freedom really mean, anyway? It turns out freedom means different things to different people. However, we’re all affected by its definition.

In this volume of The Psychology of Entrepreneurship

Although freedom may be subjective, there are ways to break down how it affects all of us.

Surprise! We’ve got another Clubhouse session for you. I really love how these conversations have allowed for multiple perspectives on the same subject, so we’re going to keep them coming. In this eye-opening discussion on freedom, I got a little help from my famous friends. This time, I’ve got Brad Mills, Jimmy Song and Scott Mitchell with me.

We had a riveting 90-minute conversation on the freedoms we may be giving up and not even realising it. This volume is the highlight reel of the biggest takeaways from that conversation. And interestingly enough, most were centred around money. What if we have way less control of our money than we think? For years we’ve been conditioned to save, save, save, while a tiny portion of the population has been getting richer and richer, all at the expense of normal, hard-working people.

Enter, bitcoin. Now, I’ll admit, I am not an expert on this subject by any means. Thankfully, the other guys in the room are. Since the topic was freedom, what better way to accentuate that than by breaking down the future of money. If you’re new to the concept of Bitcoin or cryptocurrency, this is a great way to learn a bit about it. The bottom line is money is directly connected to our freedom, and we should all be diving deep into that fact.
