72. Volume: Philip McKernan: Impact

Leaving a lasting impact on those around you is easier than you think. The real question is, what kind of impact are you going to leave?

In this volume of The Psychology of Entrepreneurship

Philip McKernan knows how to make an impact. Do you?

I’m sure it won’t surprise you to learn that this volume is another snippet from one of my amazing Clubhouse sessions. It is absolutely priceless to get different perspectives in a conversation. And before Clubhouse, the logistics of arranging that very thing were all a bit complicated. Not anymore. We’re able to have these powerful conversations with incredibly insightful people. And the discussions always go to a place I never expected.

You’ll recognise Philip’s voice from Volume 1. In some ways, his words inspired the entire concept for this show. And in this conversation, he definitely doesn’t disappoint. The topic name of our room was “Use Your Voice, Make an Impact.” With the help of Cliff Ravenscraft, who you’ll hear from a few times, Philip discusses the circumstances surrounding making an impact.

You’ve probably made an impact on multiple people in your life and don’t even realise it. Think back on all the people who have made an impact on your life. Sometimes it’s a small act of kindness or a poignant piece of advice. Or maybe someone reached out to you while you were going through a tough time. Whether it’s a major life-changing moment or a distant memory that brings a smile to your face, meaningful impacts come in all shapes and sizes. In this volume, Philip, in the way only Philip can, discusses how using your voice can make a meaningful impact in the world.
