Your brand is not just a logo slapped across your website. It is about being recognisable for things that you do, things that you say. Don't be nameless any more; be recognised because of how you interact. Consistent branding is so important.

Your Product Ecosystem is one of the most important things involved in scaling a business. If you don’t have a product ecosystem, you’re not going to be able to grow your business without adding more staff and throwing more resources at the problem of scaling.

I’m a huge believer in audio. When someone sees you on television, before you even open your mouth, before you even have anything to say, people will look at you and judge you based upon how you’re dressed, on how you look, on what your hairstyle is, before they even judge the words coming out of your mouth. That does not happen in audio.

And if you don’t have an audio platform today, I promise you that’s going to be a problem five years from now. An audio platform is the only form of content where someone can consume you while they’re doing something else. They don’t have to stop what they’re doing.

Once you get attention, chances are, you can get engagement. Once you get the right attention, you need to take that attention and turn it into engagement. Because we know that a customer needs to know, like and trust us before they buy from us.
