Nutrition and Meal Plans

Rebecca Wilson fondest food memories

“My grandma probably, when my parents divorced early, was the huge part of my childhood.  I would go to school and my grandma would make us bubble and squeak on toast. I would have to eat my cooked breakfast because she would say that our brains needed to function. Then we would have a hot afternoon tea which again would be leftovers on toast and things like that. And then we would eat with grandma before going home to mom when she finished work. The food was always my grandmother’s influence. She taught me to bake, taught me to make tea, taught me to cook eggs. Simple things, and I think they created a foundation for me that I even use here today.”

My husband cooked all day. He’s a great chef. All the beautiful recipe. Those 10 people, they’re really special.”
