Nutrition and Meal Plans

What foods to avoid

Do you have a clean eating diet plan?

I consider myself a Vegetarian… that eats some meat. I was a strict vegan 15 years ago, then a full vegetarian for 5 years. After 5 years I listened to my body and realized I needed a little bit of meat. Best clean eating plan is to always eat breakfast, its the most important meal of the day. It usually helps me greatly to prepare the meals the day before.
