    1. I didn’t learn a lot of stuff at school
    2. how to do taxes
    3. how money works
    4. how and why to vote
    5. how to write a resume/cover letter
    6. how to leverage the money I earn 
    7. what are my options when it comes to buying stuff like a car or a house
    8. AND, food – where it comes from, how to cook it, what it does to my body
    9. Almost every single episode of the Bond Appetit podcast will tell you how important childhood influences around food are
  2. I will fill up on … protein 
    1. Creatine 
      1. Veggies
      2. Meat
    2. The rubbish upside down pyramid with starches up the top
  3. I will make healthier bakes
    1. Refined sugar
    2. Refined flour
    3. Rochelle’s orange cake – gluten free, dairy free, sugar free
  4. I will eat less
    1. … maybe more often?
    2. or, less starch, less sweets, less stuff in a packet, less processed food, less junk food, less takeaway food
  5. I will say no to temptation 
    1. this is hard because of the amount of will power you have at the start of the day as opposed to the end
    2. but, try smaller intervals of temptation free zones
    3. don’t buy chocolates, ice cream, sugary drinks and sweets in your normal weekly grocery basket
  6. I will make sensible and healthier swaps
    1. buy bread from a bakery 
    2. exchange starch for veggies
    3. make a bakes with almond meal or hazel meal 
  7. I will learn a new recipe every month
    1. I will join a cooking class every quarter
  8. I will cook with real ingredients 
  9. I will never buy a pre-made meal that I can microwave
  10. I will not buy food products with numbers in them
  11. I will make sure my grocery bill has no GST on it – Australia
  12. I will check the ingredients of every box I buy
  13. I will drink 6 glasses of water everyday
